Salon Policies
I completely understand that things come up that prohibit you to make scheduled appointment. I do ask that you give at least a 24hr notice to cancel, or reschedule your appointment. If given less than a 24hr notice will result in a $50 fee that must be paid prior to re-booking.
Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals
A late arrival to your scheduled appointment time may result in a change in your scheduled services i.e no style or blow dry, so to not disrupt following clients scheduled appointment times. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, and fees may apply.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up at scheduled appointment time/date without giving a 24hr notice you will no longer be able to re-book with me. I will not tolerate a no call no show. Half the scheduled service cost will be sent by invoice.
